Advanced booking (those made for more than 14 days hence) which are for two rooms or less and for two nights or less require a deposit of £10 per room, or alternatively a cheque which must be received 14 days prior to arrival.

For all bookings of 3 nights or more, or 3 rooms or more, payment must be made in full prior to arrival.  This can be done using credit card, or alternatively a cheque which must be received 14 days prior to arrival. 

Cancellations received outside of 14 days before arrival will have their deposit refunded in full, or in the case of credit cards, no charge will be made.  Bookings cancelled inside 14 days prior to arrival, but outside 48 hours before arrival will, in the case of cheques, have their money refunded, less £10 per room booked.  Or where applicable have their credit card charged accordingly.

No refund is made for advanced bookings cancelled inside 48 hours, and credit cards will be charged in full.  Extenuation circumstances accepted.

Any amendments to the above will be by separate arrangement, and at the managements discretion.
